Commission TOS-Payment is upfront through Paypal in USD. The commission will not be started until I’ve received full payment.-NO REFUNDS after the commission has been paid for. This is non-negotiable. If you're not comfortable with this, please do not commission me.-I do NOT do holds on commission slots. However, if you are ordering a large commission (starting over $150), I will hold your comm slot for $50 from the total price.-You may NOT for ANY REASON use my work, commissioned or otherwise, for NFTs.-Prices are non-negotiable-I DO draw NSFW, however, I will ONLY draw NSFW content if you are 18 years of age or older.-I will NOT draw any offensive content whatsoever-My art is not to be used for commercial purposes.-You may not sell any merchandise/the artworks themselves for profit.-My art is for NONCOMMERCIAL USE only.-Do NOT color lineart pieces/get someone else to color lineart commissions from me. If you're caught doing this, you will be permanently blacklisted.-Do NOT edit my commission pieces in any way.-If a design is especially complex, I will charge extra for the extra work that has to go into it.-Do NOT rush me! Art takes time, especially with other things going on in my life.-I will send you a sketch WIP to ensure your commission looks correct. After I receive confirmation and continue working on your commission, you can not add to the piece or ask for more edits.-I do NOT send sketch WIPs for YCHs unless requested.-Please provide a high-quality reference image of the character you want to have drawn for easy referencing and color picking. If the reference image I receive is low quality you are subject to an extra charge or having your commission declined.-If the reference you give me is heavily painted/shaded and hard to pick colors from I have the right to refuse your commission-If the reference you give me is heavily painted/shaded and hard to pick colors from and I go ahead with your commission I will NOT do major color edits to the final product as I was not provided with a clear and concise color guide. Please make sure you have a flat-colored version of your reference to receive the most accurate colors on your commission.-I reserve the right to deny your commission if I feel I need to-By continuing past this point, you confirm you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions

Art received through trade or for free/received without paying ANY IRL currency in any way also does NOT add value to my adopts.)-Do NOT claim my design as your own or trace my art-The gender of the adopt is entirely up to you-You may NOT, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, use my designs for commercial use or for NFTs/Cryptocurrency.-You are allowed to retrade, regift, and resell as long as you follow my TOS-I reserve the right to reject offers/not sell adopts to someone if I am uncomfortable with them obtaining one of my designs.-If you received an adopt from me through a voucher (I.E. someone else paid for my design to give to you) you are NOT allowed to sell the design and make a profit off of the vouchered amount as you yourself did not pay that amount.-You cannot voucher my designs for any amount of money if you did not pay for the character or any commissioned work. You MUST trade or gift said design.-You cannot resell any design you purchase from me and bump up the price with absolutely nothing added to the design. If the original image is the only image that exists, you must resell for the amount you paid for, no more.
