You MUST be 18+ to commission me whether or not you are purchasing an SFW or NSFW commission, I will not do business with minors.You are allowed to make charms/pins/physical items from the commissions I have done for you, for PERSONAL use only. You may not make and sell merchandise of any illustrations I've made for you. My art is for personal use and only personal use.If your design is especially complex I will either notify you that I will simplify the design or I will charge an additional complexity fee.Please provide a high-quality, flat colored, full body reference image of the character you want to have drawn for easy referencing and color picking. If the reference image I receive is low quality (grainy, heavily filtered, or too small to name some issues) you are subject to an extra charge or having your commission declined/refunded.PAYMENTS
Payment is upfront - the commission will not be started until I have received full payment for the order.I do NOT do holds or take partial payments/offer payment plans for my commissions. You must have the funds ready in the moment you ask for a commission.REVISIONS
Unless stated otherwise, I will send one sketch WIP of your commission to you for any revisions needed (save for redrawing the entire piece). You may ask for as many revisions as are needed but I reserve the right to decline edits IF they go against my art style or I as the artist believe it will jeopardize the quality of the illustration.Once the sketch WIP is approved and no revisions are needed you may not request any more edits to the piece unless they are color errors or small missed details.WIPs are NOT sent for YCH (Your Characters Here), but small revisions can be made on the final product as long as they are not too drastic.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
My turnaround time varies from illustration to illustration, but the MAX wait time can be up to 2 months. If you are not comfortable with this wait time then please do not proceed with any business with me.Do NOT rush me. My TAT is explicitly given and if you are unable to wait the MAX wait time then you should not be commissioning me. None of my commissions are guaranteed to be completed before the max wait time of 2 months.I will on occasion accept deadlines for commissions, but this MUST be discussed with me beforehand as I charge deadline fees depending on how much time I have to complete the work and if I can fit the deadline into my schedule.USE
My artwork is for non-commercial use ONLY. I do not allow commercial use for any illustrations I do. Any and all commissions received from me are for personal use and personal use only.You may NOT use my artworks for NFTs or AI, period. Even if you claim it's for your own "personal use", you may not use my art to train any AI or anything even remotely related to such.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain all copyright and intellectual rights to my artworks. This means I may use and upload any and all artworks created in portfolios and on social media for promotional purposes.REFUNDS
No refunds or partial refunds after I have started to work on the commission.I reserve the right to refund and cancel the commission no matter the current commission progress if I am no longer comfortable working on the illustration or with the client.COMMUNICATION
All communications relating to the commission will be handled via VGen's chat system.If I do not receive a response confirming a WIP within a week of sending said WIP your commission will either be put on hold and be a lower priority, or continued without WIP confirmation and customer will not be given the opportunity to ask for any revisions to the commission.

Art received through trade or for free/received without paying ANY IRL currency in any way also does NOT add value to my adopts.)-Do NOT claim my design as your own or trace my art-The gender of the adopt is entirely up to you-You may NOT, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, use my designs for commercial use or for NFTs/Cryptocurrency.-You are allowed to retrade, regift, and resell as long as you follow my TOS-I reserve the right to reject offers/not sell adopts to someone if I am uncomfortable with them obtaining one of my designs.-If you received an adopt from me through a voucher (I.E. someone else paid for my design to give to you) you are NOT allowed to sell the design and make a profit off of the vouchered amount as you yourself did not pay that amount.-You cannot voucher my designs for any amount of money if you did not pay for the character or any commissioned work. You MUST trade or gift said design.-You cannot resell any design you purchase from me and bump up the price with absolutely nothing added to the design. If the original image is the only image that exists, you must resell for the amount you paid for, no more.
